• The insurance company must pay you mileage for going to and from your doctors and must reimburse you for prescriptions written by authorized doctors.
• Worker’s Compensation cases can settle for a lump sum of money, and, generally speaking, the more an insurance company is paying on a case, the more the case will settle for.
