Confidential Settlement Airline Crash. This case involved injuries to a 65-year-old lady and her 66-year-old husband injured in an airplane crash. $434,000.00 Automobile Accident, West Palm Beach verdict. A 38-year-old female and her minor daughter were rearended in what appeared to be a minor fender bender causing only $800.00 in property damage. It was, in fact, a more serious injury.
