Christopher A. O'Brien, Esq.

Christopher O'Brien is experienced in handling a range of complex cases in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. He litigated cases in employment, tort & product liability cases, property subrogation, commercial and general business litigation. Mr. O'Brien worked for a New York law firm representing insurance carriers and self-insured employers under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act. He uses his knowledge and experience to vigorously litigate for the injured person and obtain the best possible result for each individual client.

Mr. O'Brien graduated cum laude from the University of Tampa John H. Sykes College of Business where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics. He graduated law school cum laude from Pace University School of Law where he was the student director of the advocacy program's mock trial and moot court teams. After practicing as a lawyer in New York City for several years, he has returned to Florida to join Attorneys Jo Ann Hoffman & Associates, P.A. He is proud to be a part of this firm as helping the injured is his passion as well.
