Diana Novo, Esq.

Diana Novo was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is fluent in Spanish. She always knew she wanted to become a lawyer and help serve people in her community. Ms. Novo graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations and then went on to obtain her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

After law school and prior to joining Jo Ann Hoffman & Associates, P.A., Diana Novo worked as an Associate Attorney in a law firm practicing Personal Injury Protection insurance litigation. Ms. Novo provided legal services to medical providers against insurance companies who failed to correctly reimburse her clients. Ms. Novo then worked as an Associate Attorney in a law firm practicing First Party Property insurance litigation where she provided legal services for residential property insurance claims. In these practice areas she honed her litigation skills zealously representing clients in their civil lawsuits against large corporations and insurance companies.

Since joining Attorneys Jo Ann Hoffman & Associates, P.A., Ms. Novo has specialized in Defense Base Act claims. She is passionate about bringing her litigation expertise before the Office of Administration Law Judges to help her injured clients secure the benefits and compensation they deserve. She looks forward to representing clients in her community and all over the world.
