Priscilla Perez, Esq.

Prior to joining Attorneys Jo Ann Hoffman & Associates, P.A. Priscilla Perez worked as an Assistant Public Defender where she served as a division leader in the Felony Trial Division where she defended first degree felonies. The Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers awarded Priscilla Perez the Hat Trick Award for receiving three not guilty verdicts in a row. Priscilla Perez also served as an Assistant State Attorney where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony charges. Priscilla Perez tried more than 30 jury trials to verdict.

Priscilla Perez graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Ms. Perez was a recipient of the Bright Future’s Scholarship. During her time at UNF she served as ZTA President, Student Government Senator, and the Student Advocate. Ms. Perez later went on to graduate in the top 10% of her law school class when she graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014. Always passionate for helping those in need, Ms. Perez was awarded the Pro Bono Honors award for completing more than 100 hours of work in the community. Prior to graduating law school Ms. Perez was a part of the criminal defense clinic where she was able to advance her skills as an advocate. She earned the Best Advocate award in her Trial course. Ms. Perez also served as the Vice President for the Women Lawyer Student Association and as a member of the Robert M. Foster Inn of Court.
